Congratulations to all of the Waverley athletes who participated in the second week of the cross-country season for 2009.
I was sorry I could not be there to cheer you along at Jells Park ... but it seems you coped quite well without me!!!

We have even more new athletes registering to compete this weekend ... which will make our current cross-country team the biggest in quite some time!

Results are available on the Knox website ... and now that I have returned I will endeavour to transfer them to the Waverley site.
Keep collecting your time tickets. I'm getting closer to completing a small booklet where you may stick your tickets to keep a record of your progress. It is also a good way to compare your times at the various venues to see if you have improved over the season.
This weekend takes us to Nortons Park ... a hilly, grassy park off a little dirt lane off High Street Road. This is the venue for many of the school cross-country trials, so it is a great opportunity to give this course a go in the lead up to school cross-country championships.
