News - 2009/2010

The demand of weekly cross-country together with schools cross-country house, districts and zones events … is understandably beginning to take its toll on some athletes!  All of this combined with music, drama, camps and other commitments means life is busy for athletes at the moment!  Life is about balance … so make sure you look after one another!

Congratulations to all of those athletes who have progressed through to districts, zones or even state schools competition.

Nortons is an all too familiar venue for many athletes so congratulations to those who faced the hills head on and gave it their best shot!!

Thank you to the Zidar and Debicki families who assisted with race timing and course marshalling at Nortons Park.  Your assistance is appreciated.

Change of Venue
On 13 June we are no longer running at Crystal Brook, Cardinia Reservoir, due to building works and access restrictions before 9am. We will run at Jells Park, Ferntree Gully Road Entrance.
