I would like to thank all the athletes for their sense of fun and bright spirit at the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Relay Championships on Sunday. Thank you to our Team Managers Fiona and Silvana for their dedication and co-ordinating all to the Waverley athletes and coaches, making sure they all got on the line. Secondly, I would like to thank Michael Verni for helping me with early setup at 7am and Kim Nautili for ensuring our officials duty allocation was covered. It was great to see all new and existing parents take on the volunteering role to ensure all children get a fair go (in what was a very difficult day for our teams) - without these dedicated people, the children would not be able to participate and enjoy this team spirit. Lastly, thank you to Nicole & Steve Lopes and Matt Sturgess for their roles as Key officials for Waverley, stepping up to help in our new region.

Results and Qualifiers & Progressions should be out later in the week.
