Summer Training has "fired up" and is in full swing down at the track. Training is suitable for all keen athletes (U9 and above age groups) and encompasses general fitness and technique across multiple events. This is for "ALL ABILITIES" so come down and have some fun, make new friends and work on improving you PB's !
Training will be every:
Monday - General training with Andrew, Wendy and Jake 5.30-7pm.
Wednesday - Under 11 above training with Tammy 6.00pm - 7.00pm.
