Ex Waverley Little Athlete Brendan Cole has run as superb 3rd leg of the 4 x 400m relay to help the Australian team to a Commonwealth Games Gold medal.  After running the final of the 400 hurdles earlier in the week and finishing out of the placings, he re-focused on the relays running both the heat and final and was super strong all the way in both of his runs.  CONGRATULATIONS from all of WLAC ...... and to all current athletes - dare to dream and work hard - you just never know what you may be capable of
