Attached is an article that appeared in The Age last week.

I thought it was a very interesting read and described the relationship and plans that have gotten Sally Pearson to her current position as the Womens World Champion in the 100mh.

Also, some comment with Alana Boyd who broke the Pole Vault National Record a couple of weeks ago and her thoughts on training partner Steve Hooker !  For those of you "old" like me, you will most likely remember Alana's mum Denise Robertson-Boyd and her rivalry with Raylene Boyle as the country's top sprinters of the 80's.  Alana's father is Ray Boyd - also an Olympic representative in Pole Vault.  Oh for genes like that !!
