Little Athletics Waverley's very own Chris Allan is competing in the Iron Man Melbourne on the weekend. 

If you have a chance, tune in to the TV or go for a drive down the Eastlink and catch up with him!

From Chris:

The times I hope to achieve:

• Swim Start 7:15am
• Frankston Pier 3.8km
• Est Swim Time 60 to 70min

• Ride Start 8:25 to 8:30am
• Ride up Eastlink - Frankston to Springvale Rd and return - twice
• Est Ride Time 5:30 to 6:00hrs (wind is always a bit of unknown)

• Est Run Start 2:15 to 2:30
• Frankston to Saint Kilda
• Run 4 to 4:30

Should have me coming across the line in St Kilda between 6:15 to 7pm, but if I’m going really well, just before 6pm
