VACANT (revised)

The following Key Official positions (with shift times) are vacant and need to be filled for the Open Day 2013:

• Information Centre Manager - 1:00pm until 4:00pm
• Duty Roster Manager - 10:00am until 1:00pm / 1:00pm until 4:00pm
• Marshalling Chief x2 - ALL DAY
• Sprint Track Recording Manager - 12:00pm until 2:00pm / 2:00pm until 4:00pm
• Circular Track (Laned) Starter - 2:00pm until 4:00pm
• Circular Track Recording Manager - 12:00pm until 2:00pm / 2:00pm until 4:00pm
• Long Distance Chief Timekeeper - 12:30pm until 1:45pm x2 / 3:00pm until 4:00pm
• High Jump 2 Chief - 10:00am until 11:40am
• Long/Triple Jump 1 Chief - 2:45pm until 4:00pm
• Long/Triple Jump 2 Chief - 12:45pm until 2:45pm
• Canteen Manager - 2:00pm until 4:30pm
• U6, U7 & U8 Age Group Leaders - 9:45am until 12:30pm
• Presentations Manager/Announcer - ALL DAY

There are also a number of vacant General Duty roles that need to be filled to ensure smooth running of all events.
