Today's program ran very well and most events were completed by 11:30. For the first time we ran a walk race for the U7 age group (300m walk). The main aim of the judges in this race was to help the walkers with their technique. Remember the two rules - knees straight when forward, and no loss of contact. The two new record holders for this event are Hilary De Guingand, and Scott Rojo.
