State Track and Field Congratulations

Congratulations to all the Waverley athletes that participated at the State Track and Field Championships last Saturday and Sunday, at Olympic Park. Some outstanding results were achieved with the following medal winners:
- Richard Knight - Gold Medal and State record for Long Jump, 2 Silver
- Joshua Schmidt - Gold 400m
- Daina Nielsen - Gold 1500m walk
- Carolyn Dempsey - 2 Silver
- Cameron Clayton - Bronze
- Sebastian Hogan - Bronze
Congratulations also go to Richard Knight who has been selected for the State ATC squad for his excellent results in the U13 age group events.
