We had a good turn out today for our first points program for the season. We ran program 3A, which included relays. It took a little extra time to get through the relays because we were running them for the first time and a reasonable number of people are required to manage the change over boxes, etc. If any athlete is interested in competing in the regional relays please let your age group leader know so they can get a list of runners for your age group.
