Program 1. It felt like a cold Winter day today, complete with downpours and hail. Luckily the rain did not last long and we still managed to finish most of the program. Walks were substituted for 800m events for the older age groups. Three records were broken, all in the same race! In the 1500m walk Daina Nielsen broke the U13 record with a time of 7:55.10; Timothy Laub broke the U14 record with a time of 8:31.88; and Kahlia Chapman broke the U15 record with a time of 8:35.77. Well done!
