We are only two weeks from Regional Championships and many athletes are starting to show the benefits of Monday/Wednesday training nights. Many near record achievements and plenty of PB's. Some of our athletes competed at Knox Open Day in the afternoon, bringing home a swag of medals. Bayside Open Day was on the Sunday with many more super achievements.
