I am so sad to see this well written letter of resignation but I completely understand your reasons behind it.  You have a wonderful heart and VLAA & WAVERLEY have been very lucky to have you.  Your efforts I know have been from the heart always and benefited all the kids involved and I know how many wonderful life friends you have made.  I couldn't be prouder of you and you are to be congratulated for everything you have achieved so far.  I am very proud of my number one son
