News - 2015/2016

The Program for this week will be Long/Sprint Hurdles & Distance events.
Please arrive by 8.45am for warmup. Also a drink, snack, hat and sunscreen for each child please.

Remember we are all volunteers working to ensure your child's enjoyment.

First Aid - help needed

Whilst we are covered for the next 2 weeks, we require a couple of people to assist with First Aid on an ongoing basis this season.
Please speak to any of the committee if you can assist.

Relay Events - U9s upwards

There are a few relay events coming up in the next month (Box Hill, Mentone and Region). If you would like to register your interest for the Region event, please do so via the following portal. Each team will require a coach and have training sessions prior to each event. You can speak with Darren Watts (Arena Manager) if you would like further information. We'll also need a Team Manager for the Region event as he is unavailable.

Jetstar patches

Please note that orange Jetstar patches should be sewn onto your child's shirt (above the 'Little Athletics Victoria' logo). If you don't have one please see a committee member inside the clubrooms on Saturday. Last year's white patch should be removed.

Key Officials

We are still in need of several key officials, notably Event Managers, Early Set Up Crew, Age Group Leaders for U12 and Southern Stars and a BBQ Chef! – please speak to Darren Watts (Arena Manager) or Mark Cosham (President) if you can assist in any way.
