Good evening and Happy New Year to you all! 
I hope you enjoyed some time off over the festive season and if you didn't, at the roads have been quiet post-Christmas! 

Just letting you know that training with Simone will re-commence this Monday (11 January) at 4.30pm. 

I will confirm when training with Sonia will recommence. 

Don't forget if you are not away, the next round of aths is next Saturday 16 January - more details to follow next week.
