We are quickly approaching the end of the winter athletics season, but there are still a few exciting events to come. 

Knox LAC annual Cross Country Open Day takes place on July 16th at Nortons Park. This promises to be a great competition, with medals to be won for the top individual athletes and teams. I’d like to see as many of our athletes taking part as possible. 

The kids need to be registered for this event. This can be done online  before Wednesday July 13th for  6$ per entrant. ( late entry fee is 10$  on the day). Full details, registration and order of events can be found on the Knox website (www.klac23.org.au) 

Cross Country this weekend is at Tirhatuan Park, Kriegel Way, Dandenong North.
