This Saturday we have the Knox Cross Country open Day at Norton’s Park. This is a great opportunity for our kids to compete against competitors from other centres, and experience some real competition. All LAVic registered athletes are eligible to take part, but they must be registered ($10, cash only, before 9.30am on the day of event). 

The order of events can be found on the Knox website (www.klac23.org.au), the first event is at 10am, last event approx.. 2pm. 
There is also an open 3km run for parents and past athletes. 
With only one more cross country day (July 30th) after this one, I’d like to see everyone out running and supporting this great event.
