Program D – Knox LAC Cross Country

Sat 12th May at Lysterfield Lake (**new location**). (Melway Map 108 D2)

First race starts at 9 am sharp. Subway PATCHES compulsory. A reminder, athletes have to run in their age group, they cannot run in an older age group.

Prog D Race Order: U11&12 2000m > U9&10 1500m > U6 500m > U13-16 3000m > U7&8 1000m.
