Coaching is starting up this week: 

Mon 4.30 – 5.30 pm  general coaching with Simone, U6 – U12

Wed 4.30 – 5.30 pm  jumps, sprints, hurdles with Holly and Angela, U9 & above

Thurs 5 – 6 pm  throws with Mark & Chloe, U9 & above

Sun 12 – 1pm  multi event with Mark & Angela, U9 & above
