Waverley Little Athletics Centre Inc. has created and adopted a Covid Safety Plan and a set of Covid Safety Rules that all members must adhere too.

Waverley - a Covid Safe Centre

We expect all our families to follow these points:

Sign in using QR code to access online form - compulsory
Show Covid Safe Official, at the sign in table, completed form receipt "your response has been recorded" - compulsory
DO NOT ATTEND IF FEELING UNWELL, AWAITING A COVID TEST RESULT, ISOLATING OR CLOSE CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO IS AWAITING COVID RESULT
Maximum limit of 500 at venue. Spectators allowed. No dogs allowed
All athletes required to have at lease one parent/guardian in attendance at all times
All attending parents/guardians need to help out with the athletics program
1.5m social distancing
Adults and athletes 12 years and older required to carry a mask - compulsory to wear inside pavilion or if physical distancing of 1.5m outside cannot be maintained
Use supplied hand sanitiser, wipes, sanitiser sprays frequently and before/after handling equipment
Toilets in pavilion accessible - otherwise NO access inside pavilion
No age group trolleys - athletes required to carry around their own drink bottles, hats, jackets, - bring small bag
Athletes will be competing within their age groups - keep distance of 5m between groups
Bubbler only available to fill up water bottles
Bananas supplied by COLES (National Sponsor)
Canteen/BBQue not operating currently - subject to change
Uniforms sales available - $40 cash
