News - 2020/2021

Morning All our Super WLAC families,

Welcome to week 4, this week we are running a hurdles program so we will
need lots of help to transfer the hurdles on and off the track.

Setup is from 8 am for the Under 12s this week, we need as many helpers
to get the track ready for the meeting.

Please start arriving from 8am to help de-clutter the sign-in table and
stagger arrivals.

Coaching:

Thurs 10th and 17th   4-5 pm throws with Mark Beovich

Sun 13th and 20th   11.30 – 12.30 pm multi event with Mark and Angela

Tues 15th 5 – 6pm sprints, hurdles, jumps with Angela    (changed from
Monday)


Please remember to Sign-in, social distance, sanitise hands before/after
events, and follow information in Age Group Folders and in Coles
baskets.

Also remember to bring a hat and apply lots of sunscreen, and don't
forget water and a snack.
