A reminder that cross country this Sat 22^nd May is the Knox Little Aths Open Day, at Jells Park South, entry off Ferntree Gully road. Only athletes who have registered and paid online can run this coming Sat morning. Registrations close this Wed and late entries close on Fri 21^st May, with NO registrations taken on Sat morning. 

Open Day is fun with athletes from other Little Aths Centres coming, great competition experience, medals to be won, both individual and team medals. If 3 or more athletes from our centre compete in a race, based on age group and gender, points are awarded based on placings and there is a strong chance of getting team medals. 

The program will run a bit longer than normal. First race starts 9 am sharp and the morning will finish by midday. Presentations will be made directly after each race and all participants receive certificates. So hang around when finished running.

U7 1000m > U9 1500m > U11 2000m > U13 – U16 Boys 3000m > U6 500m > U13 – U16 Girls 3000m > U12 2000m > U10 1500m > U8 1000m
