News - 2023/2024

Week 11 @ Norton's Park - handicap day. Please arrive 20 mins earlier than normal to get a handicap time written on your hand. Slower runners start first and then the faster runners have to catch up.

9 am sharp start, please wear registration patch & compulsory to run in your age group. U9 & U10 1500m; U13 - U17 3000m; U6 500m; U7 & U8 1000m; U11 & U12 2000m.
