News - 2023/2024

Week 2 event is on Saturday May 11th.  The venue is Eastfield Park, 119 Eastfield Road, Croydon. (New Venue)

First race starts 9 am sharp, so please arrive from 8.30 am for warm up.

Program (B) U13 – U17 3000m; U7 & U8 1000m; U6 500m; U11 & U12 2000m; U9 & U10 1500m.

It is compulsory for athletes to run in their age group. They must wear their registration patch and Waverley top. Each race starts after the finish of the previous race, so athletes need to be ready at the start line and listen to announcements.

All athletes are already registered for cross country (your summer season fees cover the winter season), so there is NO need to go to the Knox registration tent (regardless of what they say over the PA). If you have forgotten your patch, please get a temporary one from the Waverley flag.

Each week, it is compulsory for one of our parents to volunteer to assist Knox LAC with the running of these events. Please take your turn by signing up online at:   Parent Duty - Register here

Also, in would be much appreciated if the families of the age groups involved in the last race, could please help Knox LAC pack up.
