Donald C McIntosh, JP, was elected as the 2nd President of the Waverley Little Athletics Centre in October 1970, when the Founding President Terry Humphris stepped down due to personal reasons.
Don is a former Councillor, serving on the former Waverley City Council, prior to it's amalgamation by the State Government into it's current format, the Monash City Council.
He was elected in 1971 and served as Councillor from 1971/80 and again from 1982/90. Don was Waverley Mayor in 1974/75 and again in 1984/85.
In 2017, Don passed away.
